IMPOSTER SYNDROME

First identified by psychologists Pauline Rose Clance and Suzanne Imes in their 1978 study, imposter syndrome is characterised by a feeling that you are a fraud; that you are going to be found out because you don't really deserve the successes (accolades, positions, qualifications etc) that you actually have.

In this episode we will be examining what exactly is imposter syndrome? why does it matter? And how can we all overcome it?

We'll work through 5 key strategies that will help you overcome your self-doubt so that you can go on to thrive and achieve all the things that your abilities deserve.
